Recently human user, focus more on organizing their information but web is a place of action, not just information and core purpose of global data is to serve human needs. Researchers in this field continuously work to provide “automation” by using different technologies like Artificial Intelligence, web2.0 and web3.0 and intelligent systems.
Now as you know that HCI mainly focus on external working of software, providing good usability and evaluation methods in order to produce excellent interfaces for users.
Suppose in future, extension of current web will come true and “machine will become intelligent enough to perform tasks automatically”. Then, do you think that scope of HCI will suffer? Justify your point of view in either case with very solid points.
