Episode 286-
The door opens and the person who enters in the sultan's room is
Rustem .
He tells them that he had sent another carriage to precede of his
own. They blew the first carriage so he escaped and killed the ones who set the
ambush. Hurrem, full of pride, says that such a smart man is worth to become their son in low. In the city, Mihrimah’s marriage and the circumcision ( rasam e musalmani ) of Shehzade
Βeyazit and Shehzade jahangir has been announced.
Rustem makes preparations for his wedding and tells Olivia that today is a day that will change not only their fate,but also the fate of the others.
Selim tries to make fun of Beyazit about the clothes he wears and about how much his circumcision will hurt him , something that makes Beyazit very angry .
Lutfu pasha says that nothing can stops Rustem anymore and Shah
replies not to forget who is the grand vizier. Then Lutfu reminds her that they have
to cope against Hurrem Sultan.
Matrakchi tells Rustem that he has come very early
in the council and guesses that he probably did not sleep at all, at night. Rustem
replies ironically that the "diseased" (Ibrahim) , may not had such an end, if he
hadn’t slept.
Mustafa arrives at the palace and expresses his amazement about
how Mihrimah agreed to this marriage. Lutfu pasha says that nobody can resist on Hurrem's will and Mah e dora says that hürrem threw her daughter in fire to fulfill her own ambitions & desires.
Hurrem sees that Mihrimah is annoyed and tells her that the marriage is going to end soon and she will be able to rest herself ... Mihrimah
answers...."THIS IS NOT MY MARRIAGE ,BUT MY FUNERAL ..... THESE CLOTHES ARE MY SHROUD". Khazeena, Shah and Mah e dora meet Hurrem in the room where
the circumcision of the Shehzade Beyazit & Jahangir will take place and Hurrem welcomes them.
Mah e dora tells her, that if someone heard her, he would think that she really
missed her.
Sultan appoints Rustem as Vizier e aval . Everybody is anxious about this, but especially Shehzade Mustafa. When Rustem approaches to kiss Sultan's
Clothes , Sultan tends his hand to Rustem to kiss it.. It's an indication that
Sultan regards him a member of his empire . Hurrem notices in an ironic way to Mah e dora that nothing has changed between them and Mah e dora says that
Hurrem is a dragon that burns everyone around her and now it is time to burn her daughter.
Esmahan tries to support Mihrimah, but Mihrimah says she feels very
nice as she is marrying to a powerful pasha and that Bali bey was a wind that
blew away...
Jahangir is ready for his circumcision, he says he is not afraid after having
Mustafa brother beside him. Before the circumcision Suleiman gives to his both Princes , swords as a gift... Bali Bey listens to Shehzade Mustafa's fears about Bali Bey and he tells
him not to worry because he will always protect sultan and his family. Afifa khatun
sees Mihrimah upset and tells her to leave her tears freely to soothe her pain.
She says that fate is up to Allah and Mihrimah Wonders what is her fault for
having such a fate. Mustafa tells Rustem that Mihrimah is part of his blood & soul and hopes nobody to use her for political benefits. Mihrimah passes through the harem girls and Fahriye wishes her never feel pain and sadness. Mah e dora, Shah and khazeena are being wondered how all this happened and now everything is
being controlled by a snake, which pretends to be Valida sultan . Khazeena tells Shah that she
should be pleased as she managed to dismiss her from the palace and promote
Lutfu pasha in the position of grand Vizier. She advises her not to let Lutfu pasha sleep, in order
not to be visited by the executioners with the cut tongue...
Then, Sumbul agha announce Mihrimah sultan is coming , so the music and dancing stops. Mihrimah enters. Hurrem approaches her and she says " Mihrimah, a piece of moon, my beautiful of the beautiful Sultanim....."
