Scenario
ABC is a renowned brand in baby care products and have high market share and market segment. Two years before company realized that their expertise could work more than this and they jumped into skin care products due to already established credibility of baby care products in the market. Consequently, they came up with a series of skin care products under umbrella of ABC. The objective of the company was to become no. 1 in skin care products too. They advertised their product via use of different promotional strategies in order to influence customers to buy their products and to capture large market segment. They also tried hard to build profitable relationships with the customers by focusing on informing, persuading and reminding strategies of advertisement. Though, they were providing finest quality products but all efforts were in vain.
